When You Schedule Service

As the service man checks through your sprinkler system, it may appear to him that areas are receiving enough water. You are more familiar with your planting and if you feel that there are dry spots, don't hesitate to go around with him and point out your areas of concern. Ask questions: what can be done, can the direction, arc or distance of the spray be changed, does the head need to be taller or shorter? There are such a variety of nozzles which can be used, your service man can help you achieve the watering you need.

If you can not be home at the time of service, leave notes or sketches of areas of concern at the controller (the one place the service man has to go). If you have a system layout of your sprinkler system the controller is also the place to leave them. If your system was installed by our company, we will have a copy in our files.

Be involved with your system. No one cares for your plants as much as you do!
